Και οι δύο προσφωνήσεις χρησιμοποιούνται στη νέα ελληνική. Η επιλογή της μίας ή της άλλης είναι περισσότερο θέμα ύφους. Αν το συγκείμενο είναι ένα μοντέρνο κείμενο, τότε ίσως το "Άρτεμη" θα ήταν περισσότερο κατάλληλο (δεν τίθεται ζήτημα σωστού/λάθους).
